By using Tingz, you agree to the following terms.

1. Local Usage Only

Tingz is an on-device utility that allows you to assign and play custom sound effects. All functionality works locally on your device.

2. User-Provided Content

If you import or download audio files into the app, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use those sounds. Tingz does not verify copyright or licensing for imported content.

3. No Liability

Tingz is not responsible for any copyright violations or misuse of audio files imported by the user. The user assumes all responsibility for external audio content.

4. Subscriptions

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple.

By starting a subscription, you agree to Apple’s payment and renewal terms.
